I would start with " Shaping a story" and have ' planned or freedom" be a subchapter of that, after all there is no right way to go there, sometimes it is the thrill of not knowing how someone will respond that keeps the pay going, and sometimes it slows play down, and I would have anything play-idea related first anyway.
Then I would focus on the actual playing.. "Referee mindset v Player Mindset, or 'Whose is this character anyway?'" - When is it appropriate to put story ahead of character "Courtesy Tags" - Letting other players know what isn't immediately obvious all that should go there then
with the last being
"Keeping things moving." - Four pages of conversation later, has anything been achieved?
I think that would be the practical way.. since if you want to start playing you need an idea first, then agreeon the way to play, then play, and at one point it is going to end.
I would also add a chapter on
" How to play instead of write- on how you make a post that others can respond to.. "
And
" Close to yourself or quite the opposite" on how to make an interesting but real character?
