I think you should write them all. As for an order, this is what I am most interested in learning about, from super interested to somewhat interested:
1. "Planned or Freeform" - Does a thread need a direction in advance?
2. "Keeping things moving." - Four pages of conversation later, has anything been achieved?
3. "Referee mindset v Player Mindset, or 'Whose is this character anyway?'" - When is it appropriate to put story ahead of character
4. "Courtesy Tags" - Letting other players know what isn't immediately obvious
5. "Shaping a story" - Forward planning without stifling input
6. "Why so down on fluff?" - useful character exploration or pointless rambling?
I would also be interested in an exploration of player etiquette.
